i swore i wasn't going to be gone long again, but look at me.
things have been crazy around here, especially at work so that has kinda been draining and kept me from living my normal life....lol. but i've taken the past weekend to relax and get refocused.
scrapping has helped.

oh yeah...im so excited too!! i lived here when it was here (in chicago) summer 07 but i didn't go. i can't believe im going now. but im opening an etsy shop for my kits, so i think it will be good for me to go and see whats "in":)

here is the yummy
cheesecake dip recipe
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 (7or 8 oz.) jar marshmallow creme(fluff)
1 tsp. vanilla
2 tbsp. sugar
Beat cheese, fluff, sugar and vanilla until well blended and smooth. Store in refrigerator. Serve with fruit.
I love making mini cheesecakes with a round vanilla wafer, some dip and then a strawberry on top...
