today mikey had his halloween party and carnival at school. last night i made mikey and bella some iron-on halloween shirts to wear today. i didn't send mikey to school in his costume b/c i didn't have everything yet and thought it wouldn't be a big deal. when we dropped him off, *everyone* else was in theirs and they kept asking mikey where his costume was. the look he gave me broke his heart (and brought plenty of tears to my eyes once i got in the car).
so me and bella stopped at walmart to pick up something and i picked him up this lil sheriff's costume to wear during the party. he loved it and it made my heart happy again.
they had plenty of games outside and plenty of food inside. mike was able to make it for the carnival and we all had a good time.
