well i finally made a purse that i am happy with! everything is sewn tightly and i only had to have mike help me once (okay maybe twice, he sewed the lining together ;)
this fabric was in the box of scraps that i got from stose (her grandma's). i made the strap a lil too long, but then i like how i can place it across the chest. i need to get a snap/button to sew in the inside so i can close it.
i am really hoping that with enough practice that one day i can sew a pocket in the inside.
i have to say again, how happy i am that this turned out beautifully. i can't wait to put all my stuff in it so i can start carrying it!
do you have any purse making tips for me?

thanks kelly! it was quite easy to do. well once i had my hubby show me how to fix some problems i was having ;)
