RANDOM FACT FRIDAY!!!

whew...i got in just in the nick of time.

oh, and this weekend i will be posting about minneapolis which was fabulous by the way.

hmmm...i'm going to post about my job.

i love my job.
i work in a police department.
i've held three different positions at the same department.

i've been a front desk clerk. i used to have to assist police officers with paperwork, i got to see the prisoners when they were brought in {loads of fun}, i took police reports from citizens who filed a report at the department. i dealt with a lot of pain in the asses.

i've been a records clerk where i entered reports, received subpoenas and gave the attorneys the information they needed, handle public records requests, expungements, and assisted officers.

i am currently the major {patrol commander} secretary. i finally found the position that i love best at this place. my boss is A.M.A.Z.I.N.G. he's not just a boss, he's one my dearest friends. there is nothing better then waking up and wanting to go to work.

i just got my 10 year pin.

i've worked here since i was 18 years old.

when i started i was the youngest person at the department {that was both bad and good}.

i met my husband there.

i found the job on a fluke.

i can never, ever part from this police department.

it has been my whole adult life thus far.

i love it.

i love my boys in blue :)
